TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ORDER CANCELLATION
Kendall Press will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to Approval. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order.
If a job is canceled, any labor hours (proof, graphic design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit card fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. The minimum is $15 (15%-30% of the total transaction).

2. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.

3. QUOTATIONS
Quotations provided by Kendall Press are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, production requirements, or additional services requested after the quotation is issued.

4. ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by Kendall Press. A 50% – 100% deposit may be required before production begins. Changes to an order after approval may incur additional charges and extend delivery timelines.

5. ORDER APPROVAL
The customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.

6. CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS
All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in CMYK format. Kendall Press is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. All artwork, designs, and images must be provided at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI and in CMYK color mode. Kendall Press is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to customer-provided artwork.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Since each order is unique to the customer and has no resale value, all sales are final. If we verify that we made an error, we will reprint the order. No refunds or credits will be issued.
The customer must notify Kendall Press within six business days of order acceptance to report any defects discovered in the ordered product. To receive a replacement, the customer must return 100% of the product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time the product was delivered.
All charges related to expedited printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT refundable, including orders returned for any reason. All returned orders must be shipped at the customer’s expense.

8. OUR SALES TAX POLICY
Kendall Press is required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped based on the Massachusetts sales tax rate, where we currently operate. For orders, sales tax is calculated based on the printing and finishing product subtotal.

9. TAX-EXEMPT INDIVIDUALS
Before or after placing your order through the Site, please email a copy of your tax-exempt certificate along with your order number to the attention of the Credit Department at info@kendallpress.com. After receiving your certificate, we will send you a confirmation email.

10. EXCLUSION OF OTHER TERMS
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all goods are sold upon these terms and conditions to the exclusion of any terms and conditions of the purchaser. No agent or representative of Kendall Press has authority to vary or omit part or all of these conditions. Acceptance of delivery of the goods constitutes acceptance of these terms.

11. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION
Any damage to a product must be notified to Kendall Press immediately upon receipt. Acknowledgment of delivery is deemed to be acceptance of receipt. Kendall Press is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by third-party shipping carriers. If damage or loss occurs by a third-party carrier, please contact Kendall Press immediately and our team will contact the carrier.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Kendall Press excludes all liability to the purchaser or any other party for any loss or damage sustained in consequence of or resulting from the supply or performance of any products or services. Any liability Kendall Press may have, is limited to the invoiced price of the products or services in question.

13. DELIVERY DEADLINES
Kendall Press will endeavor to meet delivery deadlines. All delivery dates are estimates only. The purchaser must accept the actual delivery date, and Kendall Press is not liable for any losses, costs, or damages due to delays.

14. PAYMENT TERMS
All payment is due at the time of order, unless payment terms have been granted by Kendall Press. Failure to make a payment allows Kendall Press to delay, suspend, or cancel shipments at its option.

15. RETENTION OF TITLE
For so long as any amounts remain unpaid, title to and property in the goods remain with Kendall Press. Goods held by the purchaser on behalf of Kendall Press must be stored separately. Kendall Press reserves the right to retrieve its property if payment is overdue.

16. FORCE MAJEURE
Kendall Press is not liable for breach of contract caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

17. ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Once accepted, orders may not be reduced or canceled without written agreement from Kendall Press.
