Refund and Returns Policy
Since each order is unique to the customer and has no resale value, all sales are final. If we verify that we made an error, we will reprint the order. No refunds or credits will be issued.
The customer must notify Kendall Press within six business days of order acceptance to report any defects discovered in the ordered product.
To receive a replacement, the customer must return 100% of the product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time the product was delivered.
All charges related to expedited printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT refundable, including orders returned for any reason. All returned orders must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
